Using Lab Tools to Analyze Golf Swings

With the cherry blossoms blooming and the weather warming up, that means springtime has finally arrived. During the spring and summer, I enjoy many rounds of golf. This past week I decided to apply some of the tools we have in the lab to analyze my golf swing. With a driving range right around the corner from campus, Nick, Kenneth and I set out to capture some footage. The goal was to gather footage to compile an instructional video and critic my form. Anne Arundel Community College has a golf team that competes in the spring. If I were taking the required amount of credits I would have considered playing but I know some people on the team and I think I could provide some insight to help the guys on the team improve their technique.
