Gerridae190204 to TRL7

I started the week with the following goals; review and solve parameter issues, fix disarming issues, remove Pixhawk safety switch, permanently mount hull, and mount sonar system. By the end of the week, I was able to complete all of these goals and increase the Gerridae's technical readiness lever to TRL7. Next week I plan to create eBoards for Gerridae and perform a pool demonstration and finish the week at TRL9.
